On this special occasion, we are overjoyed to announce the receipt of 70 school benches for two of our schools in Cameroon. This donation comes from none other than Mr. Roger Nkodo Dang, the Former President of the Pan-African Parliament and the Honorable Deputy of the National Assembly in Cameroon.

His generosity is a testament to the power of collaboration and how one person can make a significant difference in the fight against illiteracy and child poverty.

A Grateful Heart for Mr. Roger Nkodo Dang

A Generous Donation of 70 School Benches

50 School Benches donated for Mang School

The first part of this generous donation includes 50 school benches for Mang School. Mang is a rural area where educational resources are scarce, and classrooms are often overcrowded. Before receiving these new school benches, many children at Mang School had no choice but to sit on the floor or squeeze together on outdated benches that barely fit. With 50 brand-new school benches, these children will now have a proper place to sit, focus, and learn, which is essential to their academic success.

For these children, who may have never imagined sitting comfortably at a desk during class, this donation represents a new beginning. It is not just about furniture; it’s about creating a learning environment that fosters concentration, engagement, and better academic performance. The positive impact of such a simple yet powerful donation cannot be overstated.

20 School Benches donated for Ngondo School

In addition to the 50 school benches for Mang, Mr. Nkodo Dang has also donated 20 school benches to Ngondo School, another community that faces similar challenges in providing adequate learning spaces for its students. Just like at Mang, the students at Ngondo have often had to deal with overcrowded classrooms and limited seating arrangements, which make learning a difficult task.

The 20 additional school benches will provide a sense of comfort and dignity to these students, helping them focus more on their lessons instead of worrying about where they will sit. It’s amazing how something as simple as a bench can change the way a child approaches education. These benches will serve as a symbol of hope and progress for both schools, allowing them to create a more structured and organized learning environment.
